  • 250 g of pasta (rigatoni)
  • 80 g of Bacon
  • 1 Onion of your choice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 20 Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g of Basil
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • 30 ml of water
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 hot chili pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. To start, finely chop the onion, crush the garlic clove and cut the 80 grams of bacon into small pieces.
  2. Then, in a frying pan over medium heat with a dash of oil, add everything and let it cook until golden for a few minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, bring enough water for the pasta to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Continue with the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and add them to the pan with the other ingredients. Cook them until they soften and sprinkle with pepper to taste.
