Oregano (or similar) for eyesight

Oregano  is an herb that has been used for many years, not only as a culinary seasoning but also for its medicinal properties. This plant contains high amounts of vitamin A, which is essential for maintaining the mucous membranes that line the eyes  

Ingredients:

5 fresh leaves of oregano

1 cup of water

Honey or lemon (optional)

Preparation:

Boil the water and add the oregano leaves.

Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Strain and sweeten with honey if you prefer.

How to Use:

Drink 1 cup a day on an empty stomach for 2-3 weeks.

Benefits:

It reduces oxidative stress  in the eyes, protecting the retina and lens.
It improves ocular blood circulation , preventing vision deterioration.
It relieves dryness and irritation , especially in people who spend a lot of time in front of screens (see video below).
