The bodies of three men have been recovered from a landslide near Lillooet, BC, and one individual is still missing, following search operations this week, according to the RCMP.

On Wednesday, one deceased person was recovered, while on Thursday two more bodies were located, according to BC Chief Medical Examiner Lisa Lapointe in a written statement released Saturday.
Efforts to find a fourth man reported missing continued on Friday; however, these attempts were unsuccessful, he said.
In addition, the body of a woman was recovered from the landslide site on Monday, marking the first confirmed death as a result of the severe flooding and landslides that have affected the southern region of the province, attributed in part to the extreme rainfall experienced last weekend.
