Have you ever wondered which place is truly the “best” in the world to visit? Well, there’s one man who has an answer to that question—Drew Binsky, the 33-year-old travel blogger who has visited every country on the globe.
While most of us struggle to squeeze in multiple vacations each year, Binsky dedicated over a decade to visiting all 197 countries—193 UN member states, plus Taiwan, Kosovo, Vatican City, and Palestine. His incredible journey has gained him a massive following, as people tune in to hear about the destinations that have left the biggest impressions on him.

When asked about his favorite country to visit, Binsky didn’t hesitate to name the Philippines. “I would say the Philippines,” he shared in a recent interview. “It’s the most beautiful country in the world, super safe, and full of kind people. It’s like everything you could want in one country.” With its stunning beaches, vibrant capital city of Manila, and lush landscapes, the Philippines stands out as a perfect travel destination.
But it wasn’t just the natural beauty of the Philippines that impressed him; it was also the friendly locals, who he described as some of the nicest people he’s encountered on his travels. While the Philippines is far from a weekend getaway, Binsky’s endorsement makes it a must-visit for anyone planning their next vacation.
As for where Binsky would settle down, he named Dubai. While it may not be the most adventurous pick after visiting so many countries, Dubai’s modern amenities and lifestyle won him over as a place to call home.

Of course, not every travel experience was smooth sailing. Binsky admitted that getting a visa to Venezuela was tricky due to political tensions between the US and Venezuela, but he managed to navigate the challenge and ultimately made it there. Despite the occasional challenge, Binsky’s travels have given him a wealth of stories and recommendations, with the Philippines topping his list as the ultimate destination to experience.
